The last Lamborghini Gallardo has left the production line in the historic factory buildings of Sant’Agata Bolognese. The final model is a Gallardo LP 570-4 Spyder Performante in Rosso Mars (red) and is destined for a private collector. With a total of 14,022 units, the Gallardo is by far the most-built Lamborghini and ranks among the most successful super sports cars. Almost half of all 30,000 Lamborghinis built, since the company was first founded in 1963, are Gallardos.
In celebration of the 10 year anniversary of Jay Z‘s The Black Album, Pharrell Williams sits down with Life + Times and gives us some insight behind producing the album’s records “Change Clothes” and “Allure.” Pharrell also touches on his recent work with Hov on Magna Carta… Holy Grail and the direction he took on making the Frank Ocean featured track “Oceans.” Jay Z’s alleged “last” album, The Black Album, was officially released on November 3, 2003.
During last night’s MTV VMAs, Eminem’s new album was announced during an early commercial alongside a new pair of Beats by Dre headphones. At just 15-seconds long, the commercial doesn’t give away too much although we do find out that the album will release on November 5 and include executive production by none other than Dr. Dre and Rick Rubin. The initials must certainly stand for Marshall Mathers LP 2, setting the bar high right from the start as a followup to 2000′s groundbreaking record. In addition, a new single, “Berzerk,” will release tomorrow. We’ll be sure to keep you updated as we hear more.
